Company Summary
Xtreme Fire Protection, LLC provides fire protection services by installing fire sprinkler systems for residential and commercial contracts. With a combined 102 years of experience between the four partners, we will be one of the premier fire sprinkler contractors in the Sioux Falls area. We have a combined 54 years of field and material ordering as well as a combined 48 years of design and estimating, making for a very knowledgeable and experienced team that is able to provide competitive and desirable fire sprinkler services. Xtreme Fire Protection, LLC is located in northern Sioux Falls, with a license to operate in the South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska and North Dakota with the desire to extend our services into Kansas and Missouri.
Company Ownership
Xtreme Fire Protection, LLC is an equal partnership between the principles: John Swenson, Brent Fischer, Scott Hansen and Allen Severson. Each partner brings to the company vital work experience and expertise as well as very strong work ethics.
Company Background
The partners of Xtreme Fire Protection, LLC have known each other for many years. John Swenson was hired into the sprinkler industry in 1993 due to his drafting experience and his Architectural Drafting Degree from Dakota County Technical Institute. He worked for a short time in the field, then from the design department became project manager and finally worked as an estimator preparing the cost analysis for bids ensuring the project follows all the applicable codes. Brent Fischer earned a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University and was also certified as an Engineer by the State of South Dakota. With this knowledge, Brent began working in the industry in 1998 training employees how to use AutoCad and designing sprinkler systems. By 2006 he was the lead engineer supervising nine engineers and overseeing up to 160 projects annually. Scott Hansen began working in the industry in 1990 followed by Allen Severson in 1991. Both of these individuals began in the field as apprentices, worked their way up to project foremen and eventually became field supervisors overseeing 20-25 crews. Allen Severson moved into the office and assumed the responsibilities of purchasing and shipping manager. Over the years, these gentlemen have established strong working relationships and are dedicated to promoting and encouraging each other in this venture.
